Lumenmoor Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Who we are
Lumenmoor is a YouTube channel run by Imperial Tech Limited, trading as ImpireX. We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11553713, with our registered office at 35 Mount Pleasant, Swansea, Wales, SA1 6EQ. For data protection purposes, Imperial Tech Limited is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
Privacy contact: email info@impirex.com, or write to us at our registered office, marked "Privacy".
This policy covers:
- the Lumenmoor website (lumenmoor.com);
- the "Lumenmoor Uploader" app, an internal tool we use to publish videos to our own YouTube channel.
Lumenmoor Uploader uses YouTube API Services
Lumenmoor Uploader uses YouTube API Services. It uploads videos, sets thumbnails and manages playlists on the Lumenmoor channel only. Only our own team signs in to it. The app is not offered to the public, and no member of the public signs in to it.
- Terms. By using Lumenmoor Uploader, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
- Google's privacy policy. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- User Data Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
What the app accesses, collects, stores and uses
When a team member authorises the app with their Google account, it accesses that account's YouTube channel only so it can upload and manage our own videos. The app does not access, collect or store information about viewers, commenters or any other YouTube users.
We store:
- the OAuth access and refresh tokens for our own Google account, kept securely on our servers and used only to manage the Lumenmoor channel;
- upload logs, for our own records: video IDs, titles, timestamps and error messages.
Sharing. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties. The only exceptions are our hosting provider, which stores it on our behalf, and disclosures the law requires.
Device storage. The app does not store or read cookies or similar data on a user's device.
Viewers of the channel
Watching Lumenmoor on YouTube is governed by YouTube's own terms and the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive personal data about individual viewers, only the aggregated channel statistics that YouTube provides.
The website
When you visit lumenmoor.com, our hosting provider may log technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and working. We use no advertising or tracking cookies on this website. This website uses no analytics, no cookies and no JavaScript.
Why we use this data (lawful basis)
We rely on our legitimate interests in running and securing our own YouTube channel and website. The data involved is minimal and relates mainly to our own team and accounts.
Where the data is held
Google may process data outside the UK, as its Privacy Policy explains. Our own tokens and logs are held by our hosting provider in the United Kingdom (IONOS SE). Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires.
How long we keep data
- Tokens: kept only while the app is in use, and deleted when access is revoked or the app is retired.
- Upload logs: kept for up to 12 months.
- Website server logs: kept for no more than 30 days.
Revoking access and deleting data
You can revoke Lumenmoor Uploader's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account security settings page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
To ask us to delete any stored data, email info@impirex.com. We will delete it and confirm this to you within one month.
